What we do

The whole creator business, handled.

Most creator side talent agencies are extensions of legacy talent firms, bolted onto models built for actors and athletes. The math works for the agency. It rarely works for the creator.

Vessel was built differently, and we were built recently, on purpose. We focus on a small set of services done deeply: deal sourcing, contract negotiation, media kit development, campaign management, and revenue strategy. No live events division, no production arm, no consulting ladder you have to climb.

On the brand side, we are the single point of contact for our roster. One brief, one contract, accountable end to end. We are early by choice. That is why every creator we sign and every brand we pitch matters.

Scope

Six services. One flat 20%.

Every service below is included in representation. We do not charge for any of these individually. They are funded entirely by the commission on the work we close for you.

Brand Deal Sourcing

Active outbound to a curated brand list. Inbound brief responses. Vetted opportunities only.

Contract Negotiation

Usage rights, exclusivity, payment terms, kill fees. Handled.

Media Kit Development

Custom decks updated quarterly. Sent on every pitch.

Campaign Management

Brief to invoice, we run point with the brand.

Revenue Strategy

Quarterly income reviews. Diversification roadmap. Pricing benchmarks.

Ongoing Representation

A real person on weekdays. Industry intel. Brand network access.

Principles

How we operate.

01

Selectivity over scale

A small roster on purpose. Every brief gets focus. Every brand gets a fit.

02

Aligned incentives

20% only when we close work. No retainers, no upsells, no surprise charges.

03

Long over short

Built for repeat campaigns. We plan every deal with the next one in mind. Not the fastest close.

04

Direct, never hype

Plain numbers, real benchmarks, honest answers. The work speaks for itself.
